History/Info:
The light and keeper's house sits on the southern end of Green's Island. In 1989 a fire nearly destroyed the keeper's house. The Island Institute in Rockland leased the property and has restored the house.

Latitude/Longitude: 44°02'N 68°51'W

Directions:

Heron Neck Lighthouse can only be seen from boat or plane. Lighthouse cruises out of Camden go past this lighthouse.
